![Phase 1 of this multi-unit condo complex was completed in early spring 2025, featuring a 1” Mechanical Lock Standing Seam roof in Ultra Low Gloss Deep Black, one of our favorite finishes for mountain architecture.
This project presented a challenge with its low roof pitch and overlapping design, both common in multi-structure builds across Gunnison County. Low slope roofs can be prone to pooling water and ice buildup, which often leads to leaks, corrosion, and premature failure.
To ensure long-term protection, we double-locked every seam folding the panels twice to create a watertight barrier built to withstand heavy snow loads and freeze-thaw cycles. The result is a clean, durable, and fully sealed roof system that’s ready for whatever Colorado’s seasons bring.
Quality craftsmanship, precision installation, and locally sourced materials from @gunni_sheet_metal made this another project we’re proud to deliver on time and built to last.
